The walls are so thin you could hear the noise of the aircon compressors, the cars in the street, and the poeple chat two floor up. Very hard to sleep in those conditions. The beds are single, I asked for a double but the they seem to only have a few available.

We arrived late in the night, had to approach the guard on where to park our car. He got up from his seat and directed us to the parking lot. Our parking lot was at the back of the hotel and there was a door that lead directly into the hotel. The guard locked the door after we entered. We were probably the last guests to arrived, the counter staff called our my name and check in was completed within 5 mins. Though the lift does not require tapping of keycard but felt fairly safe. The counter staff even gave us a call because we forgotten to switch off our internal car light. We requested for inter-connecting rooms and were assigned so. The Aircon in one of the room was a little noisy, other than then everything was functioning well. Even though our rooms did not come with breakfast but it should not be a problem finding breakfast around the area. Overall this hotel is good for a short stay, ample parking stay with friendly and helpful staff.

As much as they state that there is no deduction for credit card transactions before the deadline indicated , once you express interest they refused to refund the full sum even when there was no confirmed booking. Did online through travel agent Booking.com. Been chasing them for 2 months now for the refund but keep getting the run around. Please be aware. Personal experience.

I came to Melaka for 3D 2N holiday. Booked Marvelux thru online booking. Booked a family suite. Very spacious & amount of amenities were adequate. Very helpful and accommodating services by the hotel staff. As for the breakfast they provide Nasi Lemak & few other varieties which is adequate. They even provide baby sleeping cot. Parking could be abit of a challenge as the area is packed at night. However the hotel staff will endeavour to find parking for you.

I feel agoda is bias as i dont see my comment posted. There are pros & cons after stayed in this hotel on 29 June 2019, last week. Pros: 1. Modern look hotel 2. Walking distance to a few quiet bars, and 7-eleven 3. Big room space 4. Breakfast spread good enough to me as i dont eat much during breakfast. Cons: 1. No kidding, my room has alot of mosquitoses.. I rarely get bited by mosquitose but i got a few that day. 2. Travel agency prefered hotel. We are unlucky as there is a group of tourist that day, and we got noisy neighbour, bad sound proof and we requested to change room upon check-in but got rejected. I have tried many different hotels in melaka as i am frequent traveller to melaka, and my point of view is, try other hotel.

We stayed in Malaka only one night. The hotel has nice, rather small, rooms. We did not use it but the Hotel does have a fitness room or gym. Breakfast was OK but but selections were limited. The stay was OK for the price paid.

Not very good experience with this hotel, firstly when we book in, our aircon in the hotel were spoilt and they try to fix it but still its not cold at all, until we get the reception to come up and check then they realise it's really not cold then they allow to change room for us. Our friend hotel was full of cockroaches in their toilet bowl (at least 7 to 8 of them), Breakfast was not that nice too. nothing in particular is good about this hotel, will not be back for this.

Lot of non-halal eateries around the corner and a bar exactly in front of the building so expect the noise when they want to get really noise. Around 10-15 minutes to Jonker Street as that can be the advantage of staying here. Besides for staying just for a business trip and booking for multiple rooms, a one night stay here can be considered confortable enough.
