Overall this hotel is extremely convenient to go to the shopping centres. But it took us at least 20-25 minutes to walk to Jonkers street. If the lift problem can be resolved. We will definitely be back.

Checking in and out was done smoothly. We had a room with beautiful view of the Straits of Malacca and the mouth of the Malacca river.
