This lovely house is perfect for a 5-night stay if you want peace and quiet, which we did. Innkeepers Mary and Greg are delightful and Mary provides yummy brunch each morning so you won't want another meal until dinner. If you want to take advantage of this delightful retreat in the woods, better hurry as innkeepers are trying to sell... More

We booked to stay for 4 nights in July but travelled late from Memphis which resulted in missing the first night, we rang explaining we would be late and Mary said e should still arrive early the morning after to enjoy our breakfast. We stayed in the Garden room and found the time at Montrose a very enjoyable experience. This... More

We just returned from 5 nights here and found Montrose Hideaway to be an awesome place to stay. We like quiet and peaceful and that's exactly what we go at the inn. The pictures of the exterior don't really tell you how gorgeous the interior is. The Grand Master bedroom was huge and had a huge bathroom as well with... More

This was a very peaceful and enjoyable place to stay. Comfortable bed, great big wonderful breakfast and helpful owners. I felt very "at home" at this B&B. Half the time I didn't even feel like I needed to leave to enjoy myself in Alabama. They serve a later breakfast so you don't have to get up so early. I am... More

My husband and I were looking for a place to get away from all of the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We decided to try a B&B for the first time this year to celebrate my Birthday. We didn't have any expectations but we did expect something different from a Hotel. We were blown away with Mary and Gregs... More

We spent a week at the Montrose Hideaway and cannot say enough good about it. Mary and Greg are fantastic innkeepers who welcomed us into their B&B and fed us until we nearly burst. We stayed in the Garden Room, which we highly recommend for privacy and comfort. The Garden Room has an exterior entrance which makes it nice to... More

My husband and I stayed at the Montrose Hideaway, between Daphne and Fairhope, just to get away for the evening. We were lucky enough to get the Grand Master at the last minute for a Friday night, as it was booked Saturday through Monday, and we will definitely be going back again. First of all, the B&B is situated on... More
