Impeccable service, great view of the bund (from room 0808) and superb breakfast. Love the hotel décor. About 10 mins walk to People's Square and subway stations. The best thing about the room is the toilet! (in my personal opinion). There's nothing really that I dislike about this hotel. Well, maybe the price but it's worth it.

Beautiful rooms, incredible view of Pudong. We were in a one bedroom suite and it was lovely! Room service very good. My wife and I stayed here last month and were both very happy. The hotel gave us exceptional service. We were treated very well. We can't wait to go back
