From check-in from the interior design of the hotel's overall liked the overall sense of space and room layout and design, walkways overall environment, let me linger, I like it very much, this is my favoritestar hotel, the only regret is indoor lighting design, there is a lot to improve the space.

I had stayed here for 2 nights in April 13. The 5 star rooms were as expected. Really l love this hotel! Luxury stay with comfy beds and selection of pillow menu! “Luxury stay!”

Really love this hotel! Luxury stay with comfy beds and selection of pillow menu! The room i had was overlooking the bund .The view is just amazing and the bathroom with really big jacuzzi ! Had a really great holiday staying here!

“Beautiful hotel,but you can do better”

We stayed here for 3 nights after a cruise and we were disappointed. We had stayed at a property at Hong Kong and the comparison was stark. The 5 star rooms were as expected, but the occasional switch and phones didn't work properly. Staff training really was lacking, they were keen to please, but they lacked the skills you expect... “Retreat in Shanghai”

Nicely appointed and up to the usual standard of a 5 star luxury business hotel. Got a great view of the river and the entire metro area! Stay on 15 and up! Rooms are nicely finished with a Scandinavian look! A little off the beaten path, so quiet. Not good for walking to the Metro though!
