We stayed here as part of the Viking River Cruise package. Great choice on the part of Viking River Cruise. Only thing that they should have added on was free Wi-Fi in the room. Should not have to go down to the lobby to connect. Room super, food great...well it is the Ritz Carlton!

Overall really impressed with this place - rooms are very nice, service excellent across all amenities and very friendly, food good and fantastic views of Shanghai. Would really recommend to anyone wanting to stay on Pudong side.
