A bit run down and trending towards a 3star. Very anonymous with mass market restaurants. Breakfast looks like a manufacturing floor...tables shared and barely ok service. Check in/out very efficient though.

Centrally located hotel. Have lot of restaurants with different type of foods. Morning breakfast has a wide variety of foods. Service is good. Room rates can be changed depend upon booking/occupancy. One problem for foreigners are most of the employees in the hotel including front desk can not speak English.
