The hotel is a bit dated but is clean and decent it is close to public transportation and is very easy to get around the city. The breakfast buffet is not the best the selection options are very poor they also have access to internet service in the lobby but you have to pay. I would stay here again.

Sport? Half of the structures were not available (or under reconstruction, or fully booked by non-guests), the other half quite poor. Especially the gym: plenty of useless machines but lacking basic equipment (including wiping paper...). Nice hotel but the "sport" is just for facade.

Unless you're here to engage in sports, you should not be paying for the facilities. Definitely not for the budget conscious. It just does not make sense that this is a four star hotel.
