All that you would expect from a five star hotel! Very helpful staff. Rooms are spacious and modern. Short walk to the Metro. Just behind the Metro there is an old district area that has been modernised. It is full of restaurants, boutique shops and bars, that provide quite a contrast to what is offered on the main street.

Well appointed rooms and good location to get to the Bund or Xintiandi and both airport. They could employ more people for checkout because queues can get long. Good breakfast spread, but prices for coffee and tea in the Lakeside Cafe are outrageous and probably more expensive than the Peninsula.

Staff is very helpful & make you comfortable. Rooms are spacious, clean & comfortable - but take care to select your room away from noicy high speed elevators. B-fast is with good choice. Location is very good - must visit the bar on 50th floor.

Stayed at the Pullman Skyway for 4 nights. It's an okay hotel to stay at and conveniently next to an MTR station.
