The grounds were well manicured with beautiful flowers. The room had a mini-refrigerator and coffee maker. We had some problems with the room safe and the air conditioner but maintenance was there right away. Both beds in our room were extremely hard - it was like sleeping on a sheet plywood. The bathroom and shower with plants were especially nice.... More

This little resort is about 1/2 way in between downtown La Fortuna and Tabacon (the big landmarks in the area). A little ways down a road, good security, horses onsite if you want a tour, great check-in with cool washcloths and a drink. The little cabins are well spaced out, all facing the volcano with large front windows and two... More

Did not spend the night but enjoyed the hot spring pools surrounded by lush vegetation which provide a lot of privacy .it appeared as if u were in middle of forest not a resort. Fun drinks with swimming pool bar. Very disappointing meal and selection at restaurant ...service slow despite few guests there and they were very inefficient. Food was... More

hello friend, I think you confuse us with another hotel because our hot springs of our Hotel are exclusive to our guests, no one other than one of our guests can use the hot springs, which is why we think you these confused with someone else, I'm sorry for your inconvenience and God bless you More

Recently got a 2-queen room in Arenal with 3 other guys. It was nice, has a very cool bathroom. The concierge guy (Edward) is super friendly and knowledgable - he really helped us out. They organize pick-ups to a ton of activities (we did canyoneering and rafting), have a great restaurant, and have nice thermal pools. They also have a... More

We stayed for a few days and this was perhaps the busiest venue we tried in Costa Rica but it was brilliant. Fabulous views of Mount Arenal which changed by the minute enhanced by a really friendly and helpful staff team who did all they could to make our stay perfect. Mealtimes were busy but perfectly adequate food served professionally More

We stayed at the Springs Resort for 3 days on a recent visit to Costa Rica. The day we visited was the big full moon night and we were just blown away by the views of the volcano basking in the moonlight. All rooms have been constructed in such a way as to have an amazing, unobstructed view of the... More

We arrived at the Arenal Springs Resort on a rainy afternoon, and we could not see where the Arenal Volcano was located. We got a nice friendly greeting and a drink when we arrived and got a ride in their golf cart to our room. When we arrived at our room we were so surprised at what a cute, nicely... More

This is a wonderful hotel, the rooms are big, they have updated their litle hot springs and they now have a full service spa. I love how each and every room has unubstructed views of the volcano. I have found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. They could use a little help in their restaurant, the breakfast is... More
