The grounds were well manicured with beautiful flowers. The room had a mini-refrigerator and coffee maker. We had some problems with the room safe and the air conditioner but maintenance was there right away. Both beds in our room were extremely hard - it was like sleeping on a sheet plywood. We stayed for a few days and this was perhaps the busiest venue we tried in Costa Rica but it was brilliant. Fabulous views of Mount Arenal which changed by the minute enhanced by a really friendly and helpful staff team who did all they could to make our stay perfect.
