We stayed at the B&B for 3 nights. This place was great. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but when you walk through the front door, it's a different story. Guy is awesome and made a great breakfast. He was very friendly and spent time talking with us over breakfast. Our favorite place was the sitting area on... More

This is an excellent place to stay, comfortable, great views of the volcano and the mountains but best of all is the host. The B&B is in great location in the town yet close to the volcano - we loved the town, the people, the food, the whole happy relaxed feel of the place and even the rain ! We... More

Guy the owner of this B&B is very helpful and makes you feel right at home. We stayed here for two nights and would have stayed longer if we could. Highly recommend this place, it was excellent. More

I went rafting on the Pacuare River, it was hands down the best part of my trip (we went with Ecoadventuras). The owner Guy (who does speak English) is very hospitable, and I enjoyed chatting with him immensely. Turrialba was our first stop, and it is definitely an authentic Tico town. I prefered it to La Fortuna and other tourist... More

My family was in town for the World Rafting Championships, needless to say, finding a place to stay last minute in the town of Turrialba was difficult. When you first pull up to the property, don't be alarmed. It looks a little sketchy from the outside, but when you enter it is a different story. I found the place to... More

My husband and I were driving around Costa Rica, and decided to stay in Turrialba - we arrived at the Turrialba B&B and owner Guy was able to fit us in. This was a wonderful place to stay - comfortable, lots of space to hang out, warm and welcoming. Breakfast was great, Guy was helpful with booking a rafting trip,... More

This place is very reasonably priced, $75 including taxes. The owner and his father, Kip and Guy, I believe, are very nice, down to earth folks from New Orleans. The rooms are nothing to write home about, but most people are just in the area to raft, so whatever. The only quip I have is my bed was not very... More

I had a great time and experienced many new things. The people at the B&B were very knowledgeable of the area and were able to book whatever trips that I wanted to take very quickly. I would definitely recommend this destination to everyone I know, I will be returning, hopefully soon. More

We stayed as part of a small group in Turrialba for a week of adventures and fell in love with this place. he rooms are spacious and clean, but the real attraction is the courtyard with fish tanks, sitting areas, a pool table, and a bar. Guy, the proprietor, is charming and engaging, and helped us to plan the remainder... More

We spent a week at this sweet place in Turrialba while I attended a Spanish school in town. It's really special! The congenial host, Guy, is as helpful and welcoming as you could ever want, and his little hotel, just off the town's parque, is a real find. There are hammocks, a large kitchen with home-cooked breakfasts every day, a... More
