“everything we needed”

We arrived around noon and were able to relax at the lovely pool and take a Grey Line city tour that afternoon as an intro to San Jose, as we were only there one night. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly. It is outside of the center but there are plenty of taxis out front.

Overall not bad but nothing spectacular either. As expected, basic rooms with typical amenities - the hot water took a long time to come on to the point that it seemed like it was not working but nope... just had to wait a little while. “Comfortable, convenient place to stay in San Jose”

This hotel was close to the airport, and the free shuttle was a great benefit. The free happy hour form 5-6 is not to be missed! I also liked the layout with the outdoor bar. Breakfast at Denny's was okay. The pool looked nice but we didn't end up using it as it wasn't warm enough.
