Wonderful Experience! The rooms are basic, but are clean and comfy, private bathroom and cable TV. The restaurant and bar are great; menu is good, the food good and plentiful--great prices as well, for food and drink. The staff were very attentive and good at the job! “Incredible views from the restaurant and the motel room”

The most unusual and amazing characteristic about this lodge is the view of the Chugach Mountains and the Nelchina Glacier. Try to sit by an outside window in the restaurant, or ask for a room with a glacier view, and hope a big truck or RV does not pull up and block the incredible view. The lodge started out as... More
