Anytime I'm in Juneau I stay at the Aspen Suites. Never had any issues. Rooms were comfortable. Only thing I would say that could be worked on is the cleanliness of the washroom. Nothing overtly noticeable, however, more time and care could go into doing a better cleaning job. Having sai that, I would recommended this business.

Not much to say. No frills but cheap too. Good location for Airport and valley area. No one at the desk full time and instead of "dinging" a bell, you have to call them on the phone! Weird checkout experience where security staff have your final bill receipt as the front desk is not open early.

This is a fairly new hotel in Juneau the rooms were very nice clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I stayed 3 nights and if you are expecting house keeping everyday then this is not for you. They clean once a week but will trade you towels get you more supplies for your room etc.... More

Located near the airport. Very friendly customer service. Hotel is intended for extended stay visits, so there is weekly room service. Small, quaint kitchen. Clean. Comfortable. I will defnitely book my stay here again.

Customer Service is outstanding, and the rooms are very clean. The hotel staff went out of their way to accomodate all of my needs. I will make this my hotel of choice, everytime I come to Juneau for business.
