The Baranof is a historic hotel and it is largely maintained to balance comfort and the original design. Tiny work out room but decent equipment. Small rooms but adequate, plumbing is modern. Our group stayed here for the week. Everyone seemed to have a nice experience. The rooms were fairly standard, nothing special, nothing out of the ordinary. Nice staff. The fish and chips at the bar were amazing! Also loved the salmon at the main restaurant.
