“Great place to stay in Kenai”

Don't let the unassuming exterior of the Uptown Motel dissuade you from staying here. It's a charming place with an interesting lobby filled with antiques and other Alaskan memorabilia. Having traveled to kenai alaska on numerous occassions, I can emphatically say that the Uptown is without question the best value to be found on the Kenai. Not much to expect when in Kenai when it comes to hotels. The rooms are dated and you need to get one that is not next to the bar... they keep the door open and smoke from all of the smokers travels down the hall along with all of the noise. The restaurant is great to eat at for dinner... More
