Townhouse Motel is located close to central Timaru and the rooms are well priced. We were greeted by the very friendly owner/manager and directed to our studio unit. It was clean and ideal for our overnight stay.

Barry and Lisa were very welcoming and helped us with all our questions. The room was clean and quite spacious, and has Wi-Fi availability. The location is slightly north of city centre, and within walking distance to several restaurants. Also within walking distance is a wonderful boardwalk along the beach and sand dunes.
