The receptionist is very rude. He has no respect at all. Very poor customer service is all I can say.

We just called in here as we were passing looking for somewhere to spend the night. And we couldn't have picked better. Nice friendly staff, clean and tidy room, very peaceful - just right!

All was going well - nice room etc, until I took a shower - the water was cold. My wife called the office and the manager arrived whilst I was still in there. He ran the kitchen tap which had adequately hot water, scolded my wife for calling him, telling her it couldn't be hotter as I would burn myself.... More

It was pretty clean, 3 channels of TV, not too noisy location, helpful personnel, but it indeed can be better for 110 nzd which we paid for a studio room
