Returning from another trip in Jamaica at a 5-star hotel, all I could think about was how thankful I was to have ventured to Conrad Bora Bora Nui for my honeymoon. It's truly 5-star. The room, the setting, the privacy - you won't regret it. Plus, if you scuba, then even more reason to travel here!

Hotel's Favourite
My wife & I stayed at Conrad Bora Bora Nui for 3 nights & it the best resort/hotel we have ever stayed at! From the outset we were warmly welcomed. We were given a personal tour of the whole resort & shown to our OWB, which was ready early for us. We were shown how all the lights & switches work within the OWB, and the services that were going to be provided which was helpful. We thought this was a very nice touch & something we had not experienced before. The OWB itself was immaculate. Everything about it has a luxurious feel. From the bathtub to the Bluetooth speakers that covered all areas of the OWB (including the terrace outside our OWB!). The view of the sea from our OWB was stunning & very tranquil. The resort itself was well landscaped & maintained the tropical paradise feel. The viewpoint at the top of the resort of Mount Otemanu was amazing! Even though the resort had a lot of visitors, it always maintained that secluded, non busy feel. The restaurants were great! Good food & a great service. A special mention to the patisserie chef(s) at breakfast time. They produced different patisseries each morning we were there & they not only looked exquisite they tasted delicious. We could not ask for more regarding the facilities provided. Free kayaks, paddle boards available to name a few. The corals & reefs on resort were vibrant & full of life all over the resort. My wife & I spent many hours snorkelling with the sea life. We didn’t even have to leave the area around our OWB to experience it. I would highly recommend Conrad Bora Bora Nui if visiting Bora Bora. We hope to visit again someday.

Top notch service, private setting, wonderful modern rooms. The color(s) and clarity of the water is straight out of your dreams and you will pinch yourself to make sure it is real. Very large property and plenty to keep one entertained plus easy access to excursions and town when needed (hotel runs free - during daytime hours - shuttle boat to town dock) Great welcoming upon arrival. Hilton status nicely recognized. The grounds are breathtaking. Pool is fantastic. Can go to top of hill lookout for wonderful sunrise spot and most rooms and restaurants on property have a good view of sunset. Staff was excellent. Great service and many staff remembered our name which was impressive! We visited during low season and I think it might have been better for us as it was never crowded so did not need advance reservations, bikes also available, was able to get our room upgraded, etc... Enjoyed the Polynesian Night BBQ (Friday nights at the Tamure Beach Grill) and the Aparima Dance show (Sunday nights at the Upa Upa Sushi Bar both of which featured live music, dancing through sunset and a fire dance show once the sun went down. Biked and walked the entire property multiple times. Did some snorkeling as well as kayaking in the lagoon surrounding the waterfront. Our overwater bungalow was very modern, incredible bathroom and wonderful endless horizon view onto the ocean. Loved seeing the lagoon colors and the distant reef/wave break from the bed. Really seemed straight out of Disney's Moana. Complete privacy on large outside deck - which most resorts don't have in their OWB unless at end of dock premium position. Probably the most luxurious bathroom in any room we have ever stayed and my wife appreciate the full size luxury brand toiletries provided. AC always worked flawlessly. Wifi tended to go in and out at times but had a strong signal. Room service excellent. I think food options overall can be improved upon but could have been less choices during our visit in low season. Not a wide selection and when we visited the Chinese restaurant which I heard is excellent was closed. The breakfast was very good ; for the price of breakfast I think freshly squeezed juices and more fresh fruit should have been on offer. The pastry selected was great and varied each day. Our main go to for food was the Tamure Beach Grille which is a casual sit on sand place that menu wise is like a traditional steak house. While the food was not outstanding it was very good and went visited multiple times. Service was always fast and attentive. The sea salt there was so addictive we bought a container to take home from the gift shop. Did some off property excursions as well as a visit to the town for pearl shopping. It should be noted the gift shop on property actually does have a good selection of the same items one might find in town. There is a price premium but honestly only 15% or so higher ; so for souvenirs and small accessories there really is no need to make the trip into town to buy. The waterproof bracelets are a wonderful idea and worked well for us. Golf carts are available to take you (upon request) to any part of the property and free use bikes are around as well. We opted for walking or bikes. Kayak rental and stand up boards are free of charge as is snorkel equiptment. Has a much more private / isolated setting than the other resorts in Bora Bora and I think the best lagoon snorkeling of any of the properties. Can snorkel really from most any of the overwater bungalow or beach access locations. Might have the best pool of any of them as well. It is notable though that the mountain view you might desire is not present here (other than from atop of the hill - sunrise spot and from a small number of OWB in a corner of the property) as you are are on the outside of the main lagoon and not facing the mountain. IHG Thalasso, St. Regis, Four Seasons and soon to be Westin have the internal lagoon location with direct mountain views more typical of Bora Bora. They would not have the same and isolated feel that the Conrad has so there are pluses and minuses to either location I think If you take a lagoon tour from the Conrad you will likely see those locations. Le Bora Bora also has a mountain view but is similarly outside the interior / backside lagoon area. Also of note the water depth from the majority of OWB's at the Conrad is fairly deep 5 meters / 15 feet. For some that might be a plus as you can jump off the deck, swim/snorkel easily ; for others they may prefer standing depth for ease of entry, fears, etc... The properties large size could mean you have a decent walk, if this is a concern inquire when checking in about distances ; as mentioned they do provide the free golf cart service as well as bikes (no bikers permitted up the hill where some of the villas are located. We stayed in the 200 region OWB which was very centrally located to everything. The beach is not overly impressive at the property ; is more a place to snorkel. The pool is a wonderful alternative though and has a swim up bar. Pool staff wonderful offering free floaties which they inflate for you even deliver to your OWB for you to use during your stay, free Sunbum sunscreen, water, even aloe. A few minor things that I think the property could do to improve: Water was provided daily in the room but was always luke warm with no way to cool it down. Ice machines around the property would be a great addition ; or keep half of the in room mini bar fridge for the guests to put their water. Bedding extremely soft ; almost felt like a waterbed it was so soft and squishy both the bed and pillows. Comfortable at times but did not provide us the best sleep. Not sure if was just our room? Would be nice of a viewing area platform was constructed on the water side facing the channel to the mountain view. That view which the hotel shows in advertisements is not visible unless staying in 4 or 5 bungalows. They made a sunset view point near the Presidential villas so surprised they did not think of a similar design for this side of the property ; for me it was the most scenic part of the waterfront but most guests will never see it. In conclusion a beautiful resort, a true jewel in the Hilton portfolio and I hope we return some day!

Dear MattCarib, It sounds like you had an incredible experience at the resort! The level of service, coupled with the privacy and modern amenities, truly made it memorable. Your insights into the food options and the availability of activities during low season are helpful for future travellers to consider. It's great to hear that the staff went above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable, and the recognition of your Hilton status added to the experience. Your suggestions for improvement are well-noted, and we will explore ways to address them to further enhance the guest experience. I cannot express how memorable our stay was at the Conrad. The over water bungalow was spectacular, the grounds and beach were superb, the snorkeling directly off the bungalow was just amazing and the food was fantastic. Perhaps even more importantly, the Conrad team went above and beyond to create the most memorable trip - our only regret is that we did not spent more time there! We will be back very soon! I have spent my life traveling and have lived overseas - this may have been the best yet!

We recently came back from a couples trip celebrating our anniversaries and we were not disappointed! 6 nights in paradise. Check in was easy. We were given a tour of the resort prior to being driven to our rooms. We were also given a full overview of our overwater bungalow features as well. We really enjoyed the Bluetooth speakers throughout the room, including the outdoor terrace. The bungalow was modern and spacious and the views are incredible. Bora Bora is breathtaking. The grounds were well maintained and beautiful. Bikes came in handy to get around. Although you could also call for a pickup to drive you to dinner. They always came very quickly. Also, any time we asked for anything for our rooms, they were speedy. The pool is gorgeous. The pool cabana had water, Sunbum sunscreen, as well as aloe vera available. Pool drinks were pricey at $30 US dollars a piece, so we took advantage of Happy hour from 3 to 4 pm at half off drinks. The olives were a nice touch, too. The snorkeling right outside our bungalow was terrific with tons of fish and a spotted eagle ray that we saw almost every day! We brought our own snorkel (our preference), but used their flippers and life jackets for the week. Kayaks are available, and they had one paddle board. Breakfast was delicious. Hats off to the amazing pastry chef. The Chinese restaurant was closed, so the only options were Iriatai, which was delicious, Upa Upa for sushi and Tamure. Tamure was our least favorite, though the Polynesian dinner buffet show was fun. The food service staff was very friendly and attentive, as was all the staff in general. We had the breakfast and dinner package through Costco, thankfully as the meals were expensive. The alcohol in the rooms was also expensive. Over $100 for a half size bottle of Greygoose. Better off taking the boat into town to buy alcohol and snacks. Or better yet, buy it at LAX or Papeete airport. The hotel arranged our excursion, swimming with sharks and stingrays, and coral gardens with fish, which was amazing! A highlight for us. 10 out of 10! Overall an amazing experience! Mauruuru Conrad Bora Bora!

Oh, where to start!!! We have never been treated so well & in the most beautiful place we have visited. We were greeted by Zuzana, the Assistant Manager of Guest Relations & discovered that she had upgraded us from a standard over-the-water bungalow to one that also had a private plunge pool with a beautiful view. Zuzana knew we were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary & kept surprising us with gifts. When she finished our private tour of the resort, she took us to our O-T-W bungalow & to our surprise she had printed, laminated & place pictures of us on the bed along with towel swans, flowers & also a chilled bottle of wine & candy. WOW!! Zuzana kept having our bed decorated & leaving gifts for us during our entire stay. She also made sure she saw us every day of our stay just to make sure everything was perfect, with no complaints. Zuzana, along with every staff member we came in contact with made this a truly magical vacation. The resort is absolutely gorgeous. The bungalow was over 1,200 sq. ft., the resort pool was large and sparkling clean, food at the restaurants was delish, beautifully presented & the staff always smiled, called you by name & very attentive. We visited during the rainy season & to our surprise we lucked out with very little rain. We went on 2 excursions that the resort recommended & booked for us; a full day snorkeling, swimming with rays, sharks & then an authentic lunch on a private island; a half day jeep tour of Bora Bora that went 650 ft. up a mountain to the most spectacular view of the island & the surrounding area. Both excursions were wonderful. By now your probably thinking that I'm easy to please. I'm not & do complain a lot. At the CONRAD BORA BORA there was nothing to complain about except it was an exceptionally hot week, but the resort can't control mother nature. We would definitely return without hesitation! FYI - I'm still pinching myself to see if I was dreaming.

From the start, our visit to the Conrad was amazing. We were having an amazing vacation so far having just visited Moorea. This hotel blew it out of the water. The staff are gracious, welcoming, and professional. The restaurant manager at the steakhouse named Claudia went over and above for us on several occasions. This included having a special cake made for our friend that was celebrating her birthday on the trip. Our hotel guide Laurence and his colleague were also fantastic and took good care of us. They made sure we were signed up for the excursions and services we wished to have upon our arrival. The manager of the breakfast restaurant and her staff were wonderful. The breakfasts were by far the best I've had, period. Everything was excellent but the pastries really steal the show. The service there is extraordinary. We also enjoyed the pool bar. The drinks and food are delicious. The staff are fun to interact with and they seem to be having a good time too. I unfortunately can't remember the name of everyone who is deserving of praise here, but we didn't have a negative interaction with anyone. The hotel staff is the best. They take pains to ensure that the grounds are manicured and clean. The housekeeping staff are thoughtful and meticulous. Those that handled our luggage and gave us rides when we needed it are organized and efficient. We went on jet ski and snorkelling excursions arranged by the hotel. We had beautiful weather for both and they were amazing experiences. We also took the boat to Vaitape to do some shopping and see a bit of the culture. The shops in town offer many of the same items you can get in resort and airport gift shops for a better price and more selection. I recommend renting a scooter to see more of the island and just have fun riding it. We got ours from Avis as it's right where you get off the boat. Overall I can't say enough about how great our adventure in Bora Bora was. I hope to return soon!

This was my 5th stay at this beautiful resort in Bora Bora, and my absolute best visit! From the moment you arrive you are treated like a guest, not just a customer. Being a Diamond Member, and dedicated Hilton Member, you feel valued and appreciated so much here. From upgrades, extra touches and being able to reach out and text with a resort concierge are appreciated when staying here at the Conrad. The rooms are recently renovated, and the property is immaculate. The turn down service was something I looked forward to every night! Special gifts and incense were great things to come back to your room and enjoy , were highlights every day. My guest host Lawerence went above and beyond to make my stay extra special, and manager Abdoulaye Sarr was so kind to make sure my stay was perfect, which it was! Abdoulaye is a great representation of the excellent quality and service you will receive at this resort. My OWB was so incredible it was hard to ever want to leave my room! But there are so many things to discover on this beautiful property, bicycling, kayaking, paddle boarding , snorkeling , ( all included for free!) , and swimming with the fish in the stunning blue water is something you can’t miss. The Spa! Is something you must treat yourself to during your visit to the Conrad. It has stunning views, beautiful treatment rooms, one outside with an incredible massage table over looking the resort. The staff here is so professional and will make your spa visit one you will remember forever! I will never forget mine! I caught the friday night polynesian show and it’s something you must do while you are here. The seafood alone at the buffet is worth it. The Polynesian dancers are so good, and they have wonderful local music they play during the whole dinner and show. The only feedback I can include a few more restaurant choices would be nice when staying here for multiple days, unfortunately one of the restaurants was closed during my stay because of remodeling and being the slow season which should not reflect on guests experiences and food options. I will come back again, and again to this wonderful resort. I travel for a living and picking this special place to spend my vacation every year is saying a lot! The Conrad Bora Bora should be your choice of all the resorts here!

If you are thinking to go to Bora Bora in January, or anytime during the slow season, BOOK your flight! The weather is beautiful, if it rains, it will pass in 30 minutes! The pictures you see on the internet do not justify it’s beauty! The staff is Amazing! Anne, one of the hosts was super attentive to all our needs! The employees that work at the pool and beach were so friendly and thoughtful, I fell asleep one day with the umbrella closed, Oliver set if up so we don’t get burned! Aria in the breakfast made the best crepes and was so lovely! The food was the prettiest and most delicious food I ever had! Must go to the steakhouse! The SPA has the best view. I had nothing planned prior, so the concierge recommended and helped us book ATVs, Motu Tapu, and Snorkeling!- the most beautiful Blue’s you’ll ever see! Thank you for your Hospitality! I hope to be back soon!
