Stayed here with 6 and 1 year old children on rainy days. View is incredible of the harbor in room 1505. Nice to have such a big space for children to run around. June is very helpful.

we loved it here, just sitting here looking out the window at the incredible view, watching the humming birds feed at the feeder, watching the boats come and go, how relaxing is that... just a beautiful place when the sun is shining... thanks June...

My daughter and I have come up several times, and always were treated wonderfully. June will re-call the slightest detail of what our last conversation was, sometimes two years ago. They have great views of the ocean, wonderful inside, its got some really incredible history too. Behind the place the place in the spring, water rushes down the mountian. Its...

we stayed in Whittier to go on a fishing charter. we stayed at the B&B and couldn't get over the view! it is on the top floor of the only highrise in town and had everything we needed. June was VERY helpful. we got in around ten at night and the guys had to be on the charter at 7...

June was a nice lady, but our room was switched on us at the last minute, the price wasn't adjusted. We specifically asked for a non-smoking room and the room stank of cigarettes. The sheets were dirty from whoever stayed there before. We slept on the towels and hoped that those were cleaner than the sheets. The place was falling...

June's B and B is OK, but it is in a very strange building that is quite ugly. The furnishings are old and tacky and the whole town is quite industrial and not pretty. Personally, I would skip Whittier. If you go there, June's is the best bargain in town, but it is not eye-candy. The room was clean and...

breaskfast isn't extensive - a muffin and some orange juice - but the view is fantastic and June is helpful to her guests. Room (honeymoon suite) was big and a bit leopard printed (see photo).
A word of warning - don't try to buy dinner later than 8pm in Whittier - it just won't happen.

If you're going to Whittier and you're not dealing with June Miller, you're missing the full experience and have no guarantee that everything will go right. First, let me say that I had not a little trepidation about a B&B in a 15 story building! June met us at the station and transported us to our "digs", a top floor,...

The building itself is in dire need of repainting and repair. Upon entry, I considered leaving, particularly after seeing a note on the community bulletin board saying, "Whoever took the metal Welcome sign off my door, put it back." The lobby had furniure with holes in the fabric and chipped and dirty tiles. June was extremely helpful and concerned about...

We booked a fishing charter and condo with June's B&B. We called her upon our arrival from the cruise, and June sent her staff immediately to pick us up from the cruise terminal. Unfortunately, we were off the ship very early morning (9 am), so our room's weren't ready, but they were kind enough to keep our baggage for us...
