Clean and pleasant a good value and pet friendly, had a very nice breakfast of eggs and biscuit and gravey, with a restaurant next door, which serves a very good hamburger, and its very easy to get to off interstate 40.

This hotel was very nice to stay at. Good value. Clean rooms and a great breakfast. Waffles ,eggs, sausage. Cereal. Toast. Muffins etc. right next door is a restaurant with wonderful food also. I would recommend this hotel to anyone passing through this are

Driving cross country. Stopped in Holbrook. I'm not a fan of motels where each room opens to the outside. However, all places on this exit seemed to have this. This comfort inn exceeded my expectations. Room was clean, quiet, and bed was very comfortable. I would recommend staying here if your looking for a good nights sleep.

Right off of Rt. 40. Pet friendly with an additional $10 fee - very reasonable. The room grade is C-. Everything is dated and worn. Pretty low budget. We travel cross country twice a year and it seems each trip we get one shabby hotel - this one is it.

Nice clean pet friendly hotel. We had a big room with lots of floor space for the dogs to play. It's recently been updated. It was quiet. The staff was very friendly. It's very close to the interstate so it's a convenient place to spend the night. Good value.
