Had to wait half hour outside gate as there was nobody to chek us in-at 2pm. Very dim lighting in room; toilet seat definitely needs replacing. Drive to beach was a distance with construction on roads and no warnings bout diversions and alternate routes. Otherwise clean and spacious.

The owner was rude to us before we even arrived. He refused to pay attention to an error on their side in our booking and flatly refused to make amends. They did not accurately represent their room offering on the website. Not a professional operation at all!

Please can something be done about the awful pink wall that is an eyesore and lowering the standards of our neighbourhood. This is a residential area and the wall is at the back of the house so there is no passing trade to catch their eye. It is ruining the view!
