A beautiful setting right near the beach and with Tess and her team ensuring everything goes like clockwork, Sandals exudes that feeling of homeliness and serenity at the same time as delivering on exceptional service and food. We will be back!

Although hard to find in St Francis Sandals was a treat. The room was comfortable with an outside balcony. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and gluten free bread was provided. The town was quiet and peaceful. The only drawback was the staff were not on site overnight.

The pretty but very quiet town of St Frances Bay was a bit of a disappointment as we arrived early afternoon on a Saturday just as everything seemed to be closing down! Sandals' staff were very nice and very helpful however and we enjoyed our stay. The oustide shower came as a surprise!!

Staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating! The room we had was bright and fresh with two shaded verandas attached and an outdoor shower.
