This was a good hotel, clean, and with sound proof windows-important so close to the airport. “Convenient but not satisfactory”

The concierge and reception staff were rude and unhelpful. The room smelt of smoke and the bedroom door was damaged. I would not recommend this hotel - there are plenty of others to choose from that are also close to OR Tambo.
