Checked in on 10/02/2013 on our arrival we found that the lock on our room was damaged. We asked for another room as we felt not safe, but was told that all rooms was full. Unless you're on the 4th floor, this place is absolutely gross. We were moved twice to different rooms on the 5th floor and were basically chased out of each room by huge roaches.
