The Xanadu complex of two large, three story buildings has nicely furnished and clean one and two bedroom condos for a reasonable price. The manager, Carolyn, let us look at two units. We got a one bedroom with full kitchen for $425 a week during Christmas week. This is off-season at Lake Havasu as people think it is cold there... More

We came here 4th of July 2008 expecting a hotel type atmosphere near Lake Havasu and had brought our boat but couldn’t get rooms near London Bridge.
