“First stay in Cape Town”

We had booked at another place on Camps Bay which was way below our expectations and we were lucky enough to find a room at Fairways, which is also part of Place on the Bay. We booked for 4star boutique hotel, what we got is a tired hotel. Breakfast was a R80pp voucher to be used in restaurant. Wifi had to be paid for (there is a laptop in lounge to surf web) Bedroom not great, view was of car park and corrugated roof . This hotel is a NO GO zone if you want... More

Very good italian restaurant. Good food, good wine, good service, nice vibes! The oWners are italian which gives it authentic feel. Its just 100 meters away from yhe hussle and bussle from the centre of camps bay, which gives it a more relaxed feel.

“A great stay”

We spent 5 nights here at the end of our Cape Town tour. The hotel has a great location, close to plenty of bars and reataurants. The room was very clean and we found staff to be friendly and helpful at all times. Located on a beautiful beach and we recommend a stay here.

It's very tired, the restaurant no longer exists. We ate breakfast in a local restaurant with r100 p/p to spend. The carpets and decor are very well worn. The standard double room was large with a balcony with sea views. The bathroom was spacious with seperate shower and bath. The kingsize bed with luxurious bedding was really comfortable.
