This hotel has a lovely ambience, friendly staff and tasty food! It definitely deserves its stars - and in my opinion an additional one as well! It has all the usual amenities making it a convenient establishment to stay at - and the 'careline' staff really live up to their name!

This is my 2nd time of staying here and what an improvement from the previous stay.The focus on customer service and satisfaction is excellent. The GM Francois is certainly passionate about service and is empowering his staff to follow by example. Food was also excellent.
