The hotel is centrally situated and offers good value for money. Their is parking available at the hotel. The rooms are modern and the suites are something to look forward to. The noise levels are limited if you consider that it situated in the city. The restaurant on the premises serves the best meat you can hope for and the... More

Hi, spent easter weekend in Cape Town. Don't understand how this hotel received a 4 star rating. Rooms were small, breakfast awful, small bar/lounge area. Not much to do. Will only recommend if you need a bed. Room was clean however and staff were good. More

I was overall unimpressed with hotel and expected a lot more for 4 stars. The building isnt designed to be a hotel - the rooms are very narrow and there are only 2 lifts for 9 floors and hundreds of rooms...this means at least a 5 min wait every time you want to use the lift. most times I got... Spent the Cape Town part of our honeymoon at this hotel and they staff and our room was brilliant. We have a room (apartment) on the 9th floor by the swimming pool. My husband paid extra for the honeymoon experience and I was totally surprised and impressed witht he effort made in out room. All the usual, rose petals, bubbly,... More

I have stayed here on three separate occasions with colleagues when visiting South Africa. It is a reasonaly priced mid range hotel which caters for tourists and business travellers who ate conscious of price. The breakfasts are good with the added interest of a live pianist, though this gets a bit stale after four mornings when all you really want... More

I Stayed at Cape Town Lodge for one night only on the 28th of February 2012 because my flight got cancelled. It is a very clean and centrally located hotel, within close distances to all major spots in Cape Town. The rooms are spacious and decently furnished. But a little expensive for the quality of the hotel.I wouldnt stay here again in a hurry. We mainly just slept and it was fine, but not a place for honeymooners. A bit expensive for what it is. The staff is really nice though. Pros: Very nice staff, you can't say anything bad about them, very sweet, from the manager to the cleaners Location is very good, close to table mountain and waterfront and to the main... More

There are certainly much worse places to stay, however if you do your homework you can find better places however for business it does suffice. If one is able to book in advance then natrually you are able to plan better in advance try a newer hotel or a B&B. Understandably new hotels are better, the finishes, aesthetics, design etc... More
