“Friendly staff, but very unclean room and toilets”

Very helpfull and friendly staff, they made everything happen you wished (e.g. booking cars, tickets for Robben Island, booking day trips ... :-) Our room was very dirty and dusty at arrival, some bunches of black hairs were in the basin; both toilets on the second floor looked like they haven't been cleaned for the last years - ugh!!!! When we booked this place we were unaware that it was located in Sea Point, and not in Cape Town city center, but this turned out to be a good thing for us.
