The hotel reception was very nice & friendly. The room was clean, and we had safe parking for the car. The breakfast was also very nice, big variety to eat. It was only one night but it was a pleasant stay.

The staff is very friendly and very helpful.The service was good, the only downside was that they dont serve anything but breakfast, also no room service. Other than that if you in Knysna for just a sleepover and breakfast and some sight seeing then i will gladly recommend it.

The Russel Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of really good restaurants and Knysna central. Rooms were spotless clean and the breakfasts were to die for!! All the staff were amazing and friendly. Keep up the good work.

Excellent little hotel. Very friendly staff. Excellent service. The Room was very comfortable and neat, the bathroom was clean and modern We left a Kindel in the safe and Lizemari bent over backwards to get it to us via the post office and back to Durban. Thank you.
