We, as the staff of Zee's Cape Tours recently visited Devonvale Wine Estate for a day visit. The rooms were beautiful, the service were good and the people/staff are great. We did the hike from Devonvale to Asara Wine Estate. We are really impressed with the service and the friendliness of management. Looking forward to visiting it again sometime.

The stay was beautiful and comfortable. But i found that little things that were organised were not in place. I had two waiters, one kind of in my face looking at me, we were both speechless. We werent checked on while having the breakfast. We had our picnic, which was in a stunning section on the grass by the pool.... More

Hopefully we have soon another wedding which takes place at Devonvale. The place, the food, the rooms, the staff, the golf course... everything was fantastic. But even without a wedding, we will plan again a lovely weekend at this place.

We have stayed at Devonvale probably about 6 or 7 times during the past two or three years and have always had an excellent stay. The bedrooms were refurbished a couple of years' ago - very tastefully done by Esther and her team who, incidentally, are always very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
