“Cheap but Needs Maintenance”

We have stayed here a number of times over the past few years. It use to be clean and nice. It now smells like smoke in the halls, the rooms are in disrepair, the breakfast is really not a breakfast, go to McDonalds across the street. It rate is cheap but you get what you pay for.
