A little overpriced compared to elsewhere, otherwise we would have extended our stay. Noisy due to traffic outside, but then its BA. Otherwise, reasonably well equipped kitchen for an apartment. All you needed for simple meals. Clean. Hot water and wifi worked. All in all, recommended.

This is an appart-hotel but at a cheap price. Close to everything dowtown. Nice people to help. I stayed one week, not expensive. Good service. At higher level it is less noise. If I go back, it will surely be my choice, unless deterioration occure.

This was my second time at this Hotel, the place still nice, but a year is a year, and the maintanance has not been so good to this hotel. Spacious clean apartment. Around the corner from the metro, supermarket, bank. Fridge and safe. Friendly / helpful staff. Very noisy from traffic and neighbors. Airco could only stand at 1. Last day not connect to WIFI.

We were pleasantly surprised by the space of this apartment and of the tastefull furnishing. Well located in the centre of town. Considering it's location, reasonable price. Only disadvantage is the street noise, but that's probably the same everywhere down town.

Have stayed at Livin' Residence twice now and both times it has been really pleasant stay. The administration staff were really helpful so too the security who made you feel safe and secure. Excellent location and the housekeeping was really good. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our studio apartment for two nights. The room and bathroom were large enough, very clean. and a very comfortable King-sized bed. It had an excellent A/C system, the building had TWO ELEVATORS and in an excellent location close to the Subte subway system. This was a very good value for the money!!! Totally recommend this place.

The Frontdesk lady is very nice. Helped us change the room when we found the problem with the lock. Its a bit off the city center, at night, taxi is the only option. Tip: the price is 'exclusive of 25%' tax, for the same price, u can find a lot of other more central hotels.
