Very helpful, English speaking staff. Plenty of bus services in front of the hotel. Nice neighbourhood - we felt safe walking around at night and there are restaurants close by. There is also a grocery and a laundromat within a couple of minutes walk. It is walking distance to the Recoleta cemetery.
