This hotel is well located for downtown, but IMHO that is about its only plus. I found the staff inattentive and rather unhelpful and my room was very dark and cramped, with primitive amenities - the bathroom did not even have a shower curtain, so there was no way not to end up with a flood. Seems OK but my friend had his laptop stolen by brazen thief right in the business "center" just off the lobby of this hotel. Hard to find any fault with this property. As mentioned in most of the reviews, the hotel is well located right on San Martin Plaza. It is not an amazing hotel but enough good to sleep and have the breakfast. About the room is clean and has confortable bed and about the breakfast it is good with some great cakes, but there is not to much variety. More
