Our bus arrived early at 4am! We hung around the bus station until 6:30am and hoped that we could at least leave our luggage with the guest house. The looks of horror on the faces of the owners as we arrived suggested that all was not well with our reservation. It turned out to be their daughter's wedding day and they didn't think they had any guests staying. We arrived over six hours before the noon check-in time (about 5:30 AM!) thanks to an early arrival from our bus and since our room wasn't occupied, were allowed to crash early without getting charged for an extra night. We loved our stay here, the hostel is in a perfect location - between 10 and 15 minutes walk to everything including the bus terminal and restaurants, the breakfast is great - pastries, cereals, fruits etc - the rooms are large and charming (although slightly run down) the beds are huge and comfortable but the best part about our stay... This B&B is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. Everything is within walking distance: train station, restaurants, the main squares, laundry service, and the bus-stop to the wine areas around Mendoza.
