The lobby is pretty impressive and the rooms are nice, but the service is not so good. The lifts are old and insufficient for the number of guests so most of the times we got tired of waiting and took the stairs. Nice lobby but the rooms don't live up to it. Service is way below average for a rated 4 star hotel. In my opinion, this isn't more than a 3 or even 2,5 star hotel. If i knew Mendoza better, i'd look for another place in the future.
