Quite a big resort hotel. Very good fitness centre, spa, and indoor heated pool area. The staff and friendly and always trying to help. The general grounds and facilities are also very good. The casino is a bit of a let down, but lets face it, you're not here for the casino - there are better places in the world... More

I booked a 3 night package with this hotel on another travel web site. It included the garden suite room plus dinner at one of their two restaurants. Upon arrival we were told that our garden suite room was in a building with some construction. I told her I had no idea of the construction and she said it was... More

To make a reservation, to travel (sometimes) thousands of miles up to your desired destination, and find out ... that the hotel you chose is under ongoing construction, is one of the most annoying situations a traveler can experience. This piece of information is usually a very well kept secret, that the hotel will disclose in an apologetic "welcome" letter,... More

We stayed here for 2 nights during our recent visit to Iguazu Falls. The hotel is generally very nicely appointed but slightly tired. Moderate wear and tear was evident but everything was functional albeit well used. Friendly staff but generally inexperienced. A good selection of hot and cold food breakfast buffet. Also ate dinner at the Jardin restaurant with very... More

We spent two nights at this Hotel which we think is really great. The Hotel organised our trips to the Falls on both sides in advance of our arrival. The rooms are spacious and the gardens surrounding the Hotel are pleasant to walk in. The swimming pool and Gym were good and the food in the main restaurant and also... More

This hotel tries very hard to live up to it's inclusion in the leading hotels of the world group and even while it doesn't tick all the boxes as far as 5 star hotels are concerned, it was a pleasure to stay here. Visually, the building is unattractive and the layout is a little like a labyrinth in places. Our... More

This is a beautiful resort hotel with very large, clean, elegant rooms with large baths. Staff was friendly and helpful, but service at pool and restaurants was rather slow. All of the grounds and the hotel itself are spotless. Our view was of back "eco-garden." Although construction work was being done in some of the areas, we were never disturbed.... More

I spent a single night here with my partner while we were touring Iguazu Falls. We stayed in a suite. Decoration was a bit frilly for my tastes, but overall a very nice room. The hotel is not really near the the falls so we had to take a car to the national park to see them. We walked around... More

Tough to rate Iguazu Grand really. We got a great deal through a third party group but only late on and nearly paid full rate. If we had paid full rate we'd have been very disappointed. We got put in a room with the renovation work being done right overhead - it was a nightmare! They had no equivalent room... More

Perhaps, the most disappointing hotel I have ever stayed in. Website looked fantastic, booking process quite simple etc, but once checked in, things went down hill. The room was a bit of a trek but that wasn't the half of it. Room was massive but soulless. It had everything you need, in fact, the bathroom was excellent but there was nothing... More
