This hotel is quite a walk from the centre of El Calafate for restaurants etc and is not recommended for that reason alone - especially if the high winds are against you. However, taxis are easy to get. Sadly the hotel looked as though it needed some TLC. Staff friendly. Breakfast buffet fine.
