The service and the staff are really really nice, the golf course is quite nice and the lobby bar has great food. The rooms are spacious but don't have something as basic as a microwave. The place is not very modern but is still nice. The spa has a lot of scope of improvement. The water park is ok, don't... More

We spent 4 days of relaxation bliss at the Grand for a Girl's Get-a-away. The hotel accomodations were excellent. Food at the restaurant, as well as the pool fare, was fabulous. The granola in the parfait is a must try. The spa services were also spectacular. All members of the Arizona Grand staff were friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend... More

We have plans to go with friends to the Resort this upcoming Memorial Day Weekend. I thought it would be a good idea to confirm my request for adjoining rooms. I left a detailed message for the Director of Reservations, Nathan. I about fell over when I got a (very unexpected) returned phone call later in the day confirming that... More

Ok, so I travel a ggod bit on business and saw this resort had a water park. Wife and daughter were a must on this trip. Stayed from Sunday to Sunday in the Camelback Building. OK, where to begin: Room: while not the Mandarin Oriental, I was very pleased with our room. Great location, clean, nice interior, etc.Quiet! Service: Wherever... More

Booked trip through West Jet Vacations which we highly recommend... definitely was the cheapest at the time of the booking about 6 weeks ago. The $40 resort fee/day is covered through West Jet. The Resort was clean, the staff professional, helpful and warm. The water park was a welcome relief in the 104 degree weather. There were so few visitors... More

The resort is a little old and the rooms don't appear to have been refurbished for at least a decade but that's forgiveable. However, this combined with poor service is too much to swallow. Here is the laundry list of tedious problems which make this place two stars in my book: 1) The TV is fuzzy and can't be fixed,... More

Really nice resort with its own water park. Beautiful landscaping and very comfortable suites. Great Western restaurant on property. Very family friendly. More

This was the second time staying at the Resort. I would recommend it to everyone. My vist was on mothers day so it was not very busy at the water park. On the previous visit the water park was a lot busier. I think it was the middle of the summer. More

We booked our trip through West Jet Vacations through the AMA in Calgary and it was a breeze in terms of accommodation at the Arizona Grand Resort and flight arrangements with "excellent value and service". The Arizona Grand Resort was a real delight with superb facilities, rooms, dining, and "staff". The place is immaculately clean as is the Greater Phoenix... More

Dear Dave & Ann, I am so pleased to see that you had such a wonderful anniversary retreat to our desert oasis. I appreciate your kind words regarding our resort amenities and our employees. I look forward to welcoming you both back in the future. Best regards, Paul Gray More

Worth staying for 1-2 nights to enjoy the great waterpark, but I wouldn't stay much longer than that as expensive (especially with the resort fee), and the rooms leave a fair bit to be desired. A resort this expensive should have TV's from at least the early 2000's, but they have the old clunkers with the curved glass & poorly... More
