We stayed two nights over Memorial Day weekend. I was disappointed that I booked through HIEXPRESS.COM, so was expecting a Holiday Inn Express. “Great hotel for amazing price”

After reading other reviews regarding cleanliness and odors, I was a little skeptical. We were pleasantly surprised. “Just ok”

The hotel was ok, the room,sheets and bathroom were all basically clean. that is all I really care about. however,there was a huge water stain on the ceiling across at least a third of the length across and it just felt like it was time for a renovation.

“Want to get ripped off ! Stay at this hotel!”

They say they have Internet but it doesn't work. They say they have great customer service but no one is at the front desk to help and their wake up system doesn't work. If you have a problem the general manager doesn't return your phone calls. The front desk people always mess up your reservation. Stay SOMEWHERE else!

No issues at all. Front desk was harried, but check in was fine. Room was nice. Place was quiet despite lots of kids.
