This is a hotel that has been given adequate attention to keep it updated. We stayed here for two nights for an event at the convention center. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the convention center. The room was fine, beds were better than average, breakfast was average. My one tip would be if you are looking around, exploring,... More

In Phoenix for business, I stayed at Springhill Suites which was very close to the baseball stadium (Chase Field) as well as the shops downtown. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. One night an alarm was sounding for quite some time in the wee hours of the morning. Guess they took care of it as it went... More

Stayed at this hotel one night in April 2012. Hotel was nice and was a very good value for the special the desk clerk gave us for 129.00 a night. The hotel seemed safe and wasnt noisey. It was within walking distance to the ballpark and the Rosson House along with several museums. Only two negitives....one my reservation was lost... More

This hotel is a short walk from all things in downtown Phoenix--Diamondbacks, Suns, Convention Center, Science Center, theaters, other more expensive hotels (where they host conferences). They have a hotel shuttle so you can avoid renting a car if you plan to remain in the downtown area during your stay. The room was comfortable although the furniture is a little... More

This is a popular hotel to stay in for the Diamond Backs games as it is very close to the field. Don't waste your money. It is very expensive and not nice at all. We arrived late to the hotel and went straight up to the room. The hallway smelled like a hospital and so did the room. Very unpleasant.... More

As a high school event chaperone, I appreciated the staff's efficiency at check-in. All the clean, spacious rooms were blocked together and ready early for the 21 students and 2 chaperones. Easy walk to our event at the Phoenix Convention Center. Hotel has shuttle to downtown/airport as well. The breakfast was above average in variety and quality. The staff was... More

Our room was clean, spacious, well stocked and very very nice. The breakfast had lots of variety and plenty to eat. I did use the small gym, it was okay. The only complaint I had was the smell inside the lobby which came from the Elevator Electrical Room which I was told. It made me nervous to see large fans... More

Ok, good news is this is a clean, well run "Suites" property with a great location to be able to walk all over downtown Phoenix - close to eateries, the convention center and even not too far to walk to sports arena. If a great breakfast is on your "must have" list this might not be the place either but... More

My husband and I stayed at this location for two nights. The hotel room was spacious, clean and well kept up. Although in a previous review there was a complaint about premade eggs, I have to say this is not "that hotel that makes eggs to each individual taste". The breakfast selection consisted of the above premade eggs, sausage, waffles,... More

Spent the last 2 weeks here on business. There's no place like home and this ain't home! Clean enough, not that quiet, and depending on your expectation of breakfast, it's your call; but instant scrambled eggs and mystery meat with an insta waffle don't make it! Coffee is good and there is packaged cereal and breads available. Friendly and helpful... More
