Sorry, but I'm a Hilton Honors member and I would not recommend this hotel. It is incredibly noisy. You can hear every conversation in the hallway from your room. The pool area was incredibly noisy the night we stayed. Our room was adjacent to the pool area (we could barely see the pool from our room). Our view looked out... More

Booked thru Hotwire.com, where they didn't reveal the name until after you booked. This is an old hotel where only one elevator worked, which sucks when you have luggage and kids. You can't walk from the lobby to the elevator up to your room. You have to walk outside and then get on an elevator. You don't have on sight... More

...and in need of a major refresh. Spent four nights there last week and every staff person I encountered was pleasant and service-oriented, but the layout of the place is odd and the entire atmosphere gives you a sense that you're back in the 1980's; old furnishings in the common areas, dingy colors and sleeping room decor that's bland as... Neat and clean, big rooms comfy beds. There is a pool and hottub that looked clear and inviting and a bar - bartender John is a very nice guy - where you can get diner up until 9pm if one doesn't want to venture out in downtown Phoenix at night. The area seems nice, a lot of revitalization going on... More

I've stayed at many Hilton hotels around the country, so I feel qualified to say that this hotel is an embarrassment to the chain. I was really disappointed in this hotel, though there was no one specific thing the management could have done to change my experience. The entire hotel needs updating: carpet is old, doors are old, carpet pad... More

The hotel is old. Definitely not your typical HGI. No food available Sunday night. Only 2 people in the hotel the guy working check in and the shuttle driver. Hilton just up the road much nicer.a More

I have probably stayed at this hotel 6 times or more. What I like about this hotel is location, easy parking, comfortable rooms. But it is beginning to show its age and in my opinion needs some refreshing. The carpet walking back to the hotel rooms is in need of replacement. One of my biggest complaints this past trip is... If you are looking for action, in-hotel restaurant and full service bar, this is not your hotel. If you are looking for a quiet place to sleep and plan to take your lunch and dinner meals outside the hotel, and have your own car, the price is right and the location good for nearby freeways. Staff are friendly. Louis, on... More

Typical HGI property, seems to be under renovation so I hope the issues are related to that. Large clean room. Bathroom looks like a bath fitter special with bad sealer, a soap tray that fell out of the plastic wall, a broken shower head that sprayed gallons of water on the floor and water pressure comparable to a faucet dribble....
