The staff at this hotel is amazing. They remembered me although I had not been there in the last 60 days. Although the rooms and lobby area are dated, renovations are planned which is excellent. I recommend you stay here just for the staff experience, and the location is convenient.

The hotel was very nice, the staff was very helpful, the room was very clean, it was nice and quiet. I didn't like the fact the Parking Lot was not watched at night,. I do not believe that a licensed concealed carry should be prohibted, this factor alone would make me not want to stay at this motel.

This hotel is located in a clean area of Phoenix Arizona downtown. Overall the hotel is great. I just think they can improve the speed of the room Internet and allow for lower breakfast price for kids.

I've stayed here a couple times and each time the staff are respectful, helpful and very pleasant. The rooms are clean. I actually can sleep because the beds are that comfortable. I haven't experienced a noisy night yet. The breakfasts are delicious!

I have always been pleased with the Hilton Brand, and this hotel exceeded my expectations. The accommodations were immaculately clean, and the entire staff went out of their way to be friendly, courteous and helpful.

Access to the room floor is very difficult for a wheelchair. But, The staff was very helpful in aiding our access. The staff went WAY out of their way to aid us - even buying me a pair of shoes (mine were left at home ;=( And driving to pick up abattery when the one on my scooter gave out.

We stayed at this location in a suite with a king and fold out couch. No door to close off the 'suite' part. The fold out bed/couch comfort was just ok, but otherwise a really nice place. We had a meeting in downtown PHX and this location was perfect. Also, free Starbux serve yourself coffee in lobby was nice.
