I have been staying at this motel for nearly 15 years. It has been my home away from home when I frequently stay in Phoenix on business. I have watched it change over the years as it has been renovated and improved. With the exception of some winter months, the value for the price is, hands down, the best rate... More

Just got back from an overnight stay here with my Mom on a trip to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. It was a relatively last minute trip so the hotel was booked last minute and I didn't have time to do a whole lot of research, so thank God for TripAdvisor! Based on the price and the reviews, I decided... More

This hotel is conveniently located. It is a good value but my first room smelled of smoke. The staff offered to move me to another room and even offered upgrade. The second night of my stay some attempted to break the lock to my room. They didn't get in but when I awoke to go to breakfast the door handle... More

Our room was arranged like a regular hotel room, not a suite, but it still seemed like a pretty good value. It was clean, with nice decor and a comfortable bed. We really loved the complimentary breakfast buffet and the complimentary wine or beer in the afternoon. It was nice to socialize with other guests. The staff was very friendly... More

A suite to me is two rooms. This place is a room with a bathroom in the same room. A closet that is not a closet but just a rack to hang clothes. The only separate room was for the toilet and shower. Not a suite at all but a cheap hotel. Not a good price considering what it was. More

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend in March when we came to Phoenix for spring training. The room was clean, the area was quiet and the bed was super comfortable. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice. We were impressed with the breakfast which included a choice of cold items (juice, milk, cereal, yogurt, fruit... More

I booked this hotel for my family of four (husband, me, 13 yo, 6 yo) for a 5 day Spring Break get away. Based on the reviews (cleanness and great breakfast) is why I went with it. I'm not super picky in other areas, that's mainly what I look for, BUT BIG MISTAKE for ignoring other "cons" mentioned.... Room: first... More

It seems like the rooms are smaller than the sister property in Tucson. The fitness room is not at all good. The equipment is not is good condition and the machines are not clean. The pool is nice, as is the jacuzzi. Staff seem helpful and the majority of the facitily seems to be clean. Breakfast was fine and good... More

The good things: Nice staff, helpfull. Clean and quiet place. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Good location. Very good value overall. The "could be better" things: It is a suite with kitchenet that can accomodate up to 6 (!?) persons sleeping... really I would not do more than 4. The 2 queen beds are in the same bedroom so the other... More

Stayed at this hotel because of Tripadvisor reviews. The price was very reasonable. The room was extremely nice considering the decent price. They have a full hot breakfast which was excellent. They also offer a beer and wine hour each evening although we didn't make it back to the hotel in time most nights. More
