We stayed there for one night, because we didn't know where else to go, we didn't know Phoenix at all since we were only passing through. We also had to look for a pet friendly place and this was one of them. Already when we drove up we saw cops walking around the entrance and my husband asked them what... More

Nice and central location for the different stadiums that were visited. Rooms were okay but not thoroughly cleaned. The breakfast in the morning was pretty lame; cold cereal, bread and coffee. The price was right for what we received. More

We go to Phoenix several times a year on personal business. We tend to stay at this hotel. It is a good deal for the price. Rooms are acceptably clean, beds are comfortable, the free breakfast is barely adequate, but you can order a full breakfast for $4. Pool and hot tub are nice. We are returning this month and... More

If I could give it no stars, I would! I have never stayed in such a filthy, disgusting and RUDE place in my life! I wouldn't stay here if it were FREE!!! We went here for a short one night trip to Phoenix while we were looking for apartments to rent out and nothing worked! We made a complaint to... More

This was by far the WORST, the SCARIEST, and the most DISGUSTING hotel at which I have ever stayed. We checked in very late after a long drive and were just looking for a comfortable place to sleep. After reading various reviews on other websites and looking at the photos, I thought this would be a reasonable place to stay... More

The pool and courtyard area is very attractive and well kept, the restaurant and bar are OK. The rooms, hallway and elevator are dirty. We had a weekly rate which was very economical. When we checked in we were given keys to a room that was not yet cleaned and had to move our luggage to the 4th floor, after I... More

We entered the building and found it to be very unkept. The elevator floor seemed like it had never seen a vacuum, there was weird smell in the hallway. My sheets on my bed had cigarette holes in them, the bathroom had peeling sheet rock, door peeling paint like it was exposed to water damage. There so called complimentary breakfast... More

My mom and I were looking for somewhere to stay in march, which happened to be spring training, and only picked to stay here because it was under $100. It felt like highway robbery!! First off, the smell is absolutely terrible...a mixture between smoke and mildew. Even though we had a non smoking, the smokers were just doors away. The... More

Upon first entering this building I wasn't sure I had made the right choice. I traveled from Ohio with my mother to visit my Aunt in the hospital. I chose this hotel for its low rates to be honest. That being said, they gave me a discount because of visiting someone sick in hospital. For the price I could not... More
