One of the best things that I encountered at this Days Inn was the attentiveness of the front desk staff. From there on it was unsatisfactory for me. The building is detached from the front desk area and is old, has no elevator and not in the best neighborhood. The room that I stayed in was ok and could have... More

Hotel is in a bad neighborhood, there were hairs on the pillows and sheets, and the entire hotel is outdated and dingy. Definitely would never stay here again, we reserved 3 nights and left after our first. More

This hotel is in a sketchy neighborhood. There is a mentally ill person who lives in the hotel who hangs out in the hallway asking people for things. He showed up every place we went. Management doesn't seem to care that he bothers other quests. No air conditioning in the hallway. Choose some place else. More

A bit run down which is not a big deal to me, but bedbugs and I saw what looked like mouse droppings as well. Not worth the discount. More

No maid service or towel service! No notice of such. Appliances not work. Toilet broke. Phone didn't work. Beds cheap and uncomfortable. Hallway ceiling was moldy and leaking. Continental breakfast---a joke. Rude staff. More

I just returned from a 7-night tour of the West with my 15 - 17 year old Girl Scout troop. We spent our last night in this hotel. Thankfully it was the last night and not the first. We arrived at 10:30pm to check in a group of 44. The girl at the front desk was very nice and efficient.... More

We have 2 buildings. The first building is where the front desk and banquet halls are located. There is no guestroom in this first building. All of our guestrooms are on the second building. The suspicion is wrong. The few good reviews were from guests staying at the same building where we put the group. I am sorry the guest... More

We booked a trip trough Expedia. We were looking for a buget motel and got exactly that. The rooms were clean, but old. They are in need of a remodel. Our room was on the ground facing the parking lot. There were loud people coming and going all night. The second night there I used the ear plugs I brought... More

When you first walk into the lobby it is very clean and comfortable with many conference rooms. The staff is very friendly and they went out of their way to accomidate all of my requests. The room was very clean and cozy with a very pleasant smell. The arcadia doors were a neat addition that You don't normally see on... More
