Bad:no free Internet access. internet is important and not that expensive, why is the hotel charging. The room charge should cover it. Hyatt charge enough. Not even a free wifi in the lobby. Good: Location is perfect. Close to convention center, theater and baseball stadium and Sports Arena. Room is clean , pillows are soft, bed is good. Compass restaurant... More

Most people come to Phoenix and stay in Scottsdale or some other outlying 'burb. I got a great deal, 4 nights at the Hyatt Regency downtown, close to a lot of great things to do like the baseball stadium, 4 nights, $100 per night on the Southwest airlines site. What a deal! This was no tired shell of a former... More

Had a recent stay here on a weekend getaway to Phoenix to catch some Baseball games. Conveniently located about a 10 minute walk or less from Chase Field. Got a very good rate through priceline and even received a nice room despite hearing reviews complaining about the decor of some of the discounted rooms. Would definitely stay here again if... More

This hotel is conveniently located across the street from the Convention Center and walking distance to the Science Museum as well as many other attractions. Upon arrival close to midnight we were surprised to find check in was managed by computer stations-so "futuristic"! It took us a few seconds to figure out how it works but within a few seconds... My husband and I got "stuck" with an overnight stay in Phoenix on a flight home from Mexico. We were delighted to book the Hyatt Regency downtown for a Sunday night stay. The cab ride from the airport was quick and painless and we arrived late afternoon on a Sunday. Sarah checked us in and could not have been more... More

Stayed at Hyatt for conference held at Phoenix Convention Center. Location is great. It is right across the street from the west building of convention center (closer than it appears on a map). Love that part of downtown. Walked to nearby restaurants at night and felt very safe. Enjoyed a delicious dinner at the Arrogant Butcher. So close to Light... More

This hotel is a perfectly adequate downtown hotel. It is slightly dated and a little worn around the edges, but we had a nice stay. The room was spacious. The location is close to the airport and only a block to Chase Field. More

Clean rooms, helpful staff, good restaurant selections. Only complaint would be the charges at the business center, 5 bucks to print 1 page. I was informed that the business center is not part of the hotel so they couldn't do much. More

We waited over an hour and never received our sushi order. Our four other friends received their grill orders as did all the tables around us.The Sushi counter had little supply and the chef at the sushi bar said he didn't have enough fish.
