My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a business conference. I must say this is the best hotel experience I have had. Far exceeded my expectations. The hotel staff was friendly, energetic, helpful. We used the shuttle service to get to and from the airport, clean van, courteous, friendly driver. They recommended a great restaurant for dinner. The... More

Disappointed in the property. Rooms are comfortable and clean, but a little tired. The city and airport view is wonderful. Most disappointing was the noise! Freeway noise and airport noise. Excellent location to Sky Harbor and the 202 loop. If I were to stay here again I would request a non-view room and hope it was quieter. More

From the time they picked us up at the airport until we left we were treated with class and great service. I would suggest this to anyone. The bell hop, to front desk, to the wait staff were tremendous. More

We are leisure travelers that stay at budget properties whenever possible. Having a friend who works for Marriott gets us the friends and family discount, which we got at this property. While rack rate was $260/night, we paid $89, though you would have never known it by the way we were treated. The staff treated us like royalty going out... More

This hotel is a five minute drive from the airport and a $20 cab ride to down town. The hotel is clean but is no where near upscale or outstanding. There is one bistro and the prices are excessive. There is no free internet in the lobby so, you'll have to pay to get connected. The room was a decent... More

The Marriott Phoenix Airport itself was decent. The rooms were nice and the beds comfortable. We ate dinner at the Red Rim. It is supposed to be fine dining and the prices support that notion. The service was slow and inconsistent, however very polite. The food was not nearly at the same level as the price. I had the chicken... More

I'm not sure if it's Average or Poor. While I'm glad that some reviewers had a good stay here, I really had a sub-par experience for 2 nights. I almost always stay at Marriott properties, have mid-tier "status" and enjoy the brand. But: 1. The whole hotel (except for the lobby and restaurant) is way over-due for a remodel. The... More

I just spent one night at the Marriott near the airport in Phoenix. While this is a full service Marriott, my experience was much less than full-service. I travel almost everyday and last year stayed at 191 different Marriott properties. I called several hours before reaching the hotel to check on my reservation. I was assurred that I was placed... Really liked the staff. Facilities were quite tired. Several pieces of the workout equipment were not working. More
