Recently stayed at Hotel Highland at Biltmore for a family reunion. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us and they were extremely welcoming and engaging. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport and to locations within a 3 mile radius. The shuttle driver was... More

I stayed at the Hotel Highland for 6 nights during a family celebration in Phoenix. The hotel is perfectly adequate: big rooms, comfortable furnishings, nice decor, free Wifi which worked pretty well, breakfast included in the room rate which you can also take up to your room, a gym with good equipment that I had to myself most of the... Loved It! The room had lots of space and the beds and pillows were fantastic. I only wish they had extra pillows or more than 2 pillows on a queen size bed. The hotel is in a convenient location to everything!! The area is nice and the room was quiet even being next to the ice/vending machine. The flat screen... More

I just stayed at this hotel last night and really enjoyed it! I was allowed into my room early and room was very nice. What I really loved was the huge shower! Bed was comfortable and loved the large flat screen TV. Room also had a fridge and microwave. I did not hear anyone in other rooms. In the morning... More

Stayed at the hotel for one week. The room was large, bed was wonderful, nice having a small fridge and microwave . The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice to have a shuttle not only back and forht to the airport but also to most of the resturants and stores in the area, which can be nice when it... More

Most hotel beds are hard and uncomfortable. The Hotel Highland has soft beds that are hands-down the best hotel mattresses I've found in a long time. The rooms are a bit small, but are decorated nicely and laid out well, negating the size a bit. The flat-screen TV makes a big difference. There were a few small problems with our... More

Clean, spacious, touch of luxury, lovely inside and out, and a decent if not good breakfast. I do reviews and even had to stay at the other boutique hotel for free and still left early to come here. Staff is lovely and local, outdoor pool is clean and nice with a fireplace and great atmosphere. Internet is slow but the... More

From the outside, I didn't expect it to be anything special. A friend had booked the reservation, and we were delighted to find a clean and spacious room with great bedding and pillows, an outside fireplace (where we played scrabble at night), a clean and comfortable hot tub, a hot breakfast with good variety and pleasant kitchen staff, a nice... You never know with websites anymore- are their photos current or were they taken years ago or do few rooms actually look that good... Our room was beautiful; exactly as advertised. The bathroom was tiny but we are large people so many may not mind that at all. The shower stall was so thin my husband felt like the hulk... More

Hotel Highland at Biltmore was perfect for our first 2 days in Phoenix. The beds were comfy, the shower was nice, and there was plenty of room to move about.
